"A friend of mine's 8 month old son was recently diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor. Not content with the idea of giving up, they are fighting for their son's life. Through 11 surgeries, 7 weeks of chemo, 33 radiation treatment, and months in the hospital, they are finally making positive steps forward in Joshua's treatment. Unfortunately, money has started to become a problem. The Truini family have sent their story to US Bank for consideration in their $5000 "Get Ahead in 2010" grant, and I'm passing on that to you. Please, please, take a moment out of your day to help Joshua Truini and his family fight for his life. This $5000 grant which again, just takes a moment of your time to vote for, could be the difference between life and death for this little guy."
